What this Employee Satisfaction Survey is for
An employee satisfaction survey gives an organization a consistent way to understand how people experience their work, team, support, workload, growth opportunities, and leadership. Used well, it can reveal shared strengths and practical friction that may not surface in meetings, one-to-ones, performance reviews, or exit interviews.
This parent is a listening and improvement tool, not an individual performance assessment, clinical wellbeing screen, legal investigation, grievance form, whistleblowing channel, union consultation, safety report, accommodation request, or employment decision. Results should guide accountable human discussion and action at an aggregate level.
