Why decision flows matter

Start with projects, flow details, the first set of Flow Blocks, and publishing basics. This gives you the foundation for every hosted page, embed, chat-style launcher, or Bio Funnel you build later.

Shape the path with logic and content

Use the builder docs to understand Flow Blocks, reusable Content Pages, intent paths, branching, scoring, response tags, variables, and outcome settings. This is where a static form becomes a decision flow.

Add flexible handoffs where they help

When rules are enough, use deterministic routing. When a flow needs open-ended interpretation, context, or a conversational response, add API steps, Agent steps, or a chatbot-style presentation.
