What this Event RSVP Form is for
An RSVP form gives people who have already been invited one consistent way to say whether they plan to attend and to share the limited planning details an organizer needs. It replaces replies scattered across texts, email threads, calls, and paper cards with comparable responses that a human team can reconcile against its guest list.
RSVP and registration are different jobs. Registration invites a person to sign up, apply, or request a place; an RSVP asks a known invitee to accept, decline, answer maybe, or seek clarification. This Free parent does not create an invitation, decide eligibility, admit a walk-in, sell a ticket, or turn a response into a confirmed booking.
