How to create a real estate agent link-in-bio page

Published October 10, 2026

A real estate agent link-in-bio page should help someone take the next step after seeing your social content. Give buyers a way to explore homes, give sellers a clear starting point, and make a personal enquiry easy from a phone.

This guide uses The Address Edit, a premium QuizFlow Labs Bio Funnel template, to build that experience. It combines property showcases, useful moving guidance, and separate buyer and seller enquiry paths. Visitors can explore without completing a quiz.

The Address Edit uses warm neutrals, olive accents, editorial headings, and generous photography. The sample homes and AI-generated images are illustrative.

What to include on a realtor link-in-bio page

Build around the decisions your visitor wants to make:

SectionVisitor's next step
Agent or team introductionUnderstand who can help and where you work
Buyer and seller actionsChoose a relevant conversation
Featured property cardsOpen a home that caught their attention
Property PagesRead verified details and return to the bio page
Moving guideGet useful prompts before contacting you
Enquiry formsRequest a personal reply
FAQs and disclosuresUnderstand the experience and its limits

The Address Edit supplies this structure. It does not include automated property matching, a valuation calculation, or an appointment calendar. Add those only when you have an appropriate service and a tested destination.

Before you start

Have your agent or team name, service area, approved photography, current listing details, brokerage information, and contact disclosures ready. Decide who will respond to enquiries and what you can realistically promise.

This template requires Pro or higher because it uses Content Pages. Check the template's current plan requirement before copying it. A short branded page can be simple; preparing accurate listings and testing the whole journey deserves time of its own.

1. Start with the real estate link-in-bio template

Open the Real Estate Agent Link-in-Bio Template — The Address Edit. Try the live preview, then choose Use this template and follow the account and plan prompts.

Open your editable Flow in the dashboard. Put it in a Project named for your agent or team, and keep its related property and resource Pages in the same Project. This makes it easier to find the content you need to update when a listing changes.

Before editing, inspect the copied sections and action destinations. Do not assume a sample Page URL has become your own account's Page URL. The source example is useful for design reference; your finished bio should route to your content.

2. Make the introduction recognizably yours

In Intro & Bio Funnel, edit the welcome heading and introduction. Replace The Address Edit demo identity with your name or team brand, and tell visitors what you help them do and where you work.

For example:

Find your next home in [your service area]. Explore featured properties, plan your sale, and start a personal conversation with [your name or team].

Keep the two primary actions easy to understand: Find my next home and Plan my sale. In the template, these scroll to the corresponding enquiry sections. After renaming or rearranging sections, check that both buttons still land at the right form.

Use the hero image to establish a coherent style. Choose photography you have permission to use, write descriptive alternative text, and check the crop on mobile. Avoid placing essential listing facts inside an image.

3. Replace the featured homes with verified listings

Edit the property cards in the featured section. Update each card's image, title, short description, and button label. Lead with what makes that property worth opening; keep the detailed information on its Page.

The sample uses Step inside and Take a closer look. Those actions open standalone published property Pages. To create your own destination:

  1. Open Pages in the dashboard and create or edit a property Page in your Project.
  2. Add the home's verified details, approved images, and an appropriate contact next step.
  3. Include a clearly labelled return link to your own published bio URL.
  4. Save the Page and publish its latest revision.
  5. Copy its public URL into the corresponding bio card's redirect action.

Repeat for every featured property. Test the public URL rather than an editor link. Remove the sample homes before presenting the page as your live inventory, and update cards when a property's status changes.

4. Make the moving guide useful to your clients

The template includes a five-part guide covering everyday priorities, neighbourhood visits, a comfortable search range, selling preparation, and coordinating a purchase and sale.

Adapt the guide to the questions your clients ask. Keep it practical: what to consider, what to prepare, and what to discuss with the relevant professional. Avoid presenting an illustrative guide as a personalized financing assessment or guaranteed selling strategy.

Publish your own guide Page, update Read the moving guide to its public URL, and add a return link to your bio. In this example, property and guide Pages open as reading destinations; visitors return to the bio to make an enquiry.

5. Configure buyer and seller enquiries

Give each form a specific purpose:

  • Buyer: request a personal home-search conversation.
  • Seller: request a sale-planning conversation.

The sample requires name and email. It also offers optional space for home or property priorities and timing. Keep only the fields you need, and explain what happens after someone submits. Do not promise instant recommendations or a valuation when your next step is a personal reply.

Review the submit labels, success behaviour, and reply expectations. The example uses Show success message rather than sending the visitor into a quiz. A personal enquiry does not automatically subscribe someone to a newsletter; configure separate marketing consent if you offer subscriptions.

Check the owner-side result before relying on optional fields. Submit a labelled test enquiry, then open Responses and inspect the captured contact and any available response details. Confirm that the information you need is visible in the follow-up workflow you intend to use. A contact-only enquiry may show Response unavailable, and the captured-contact CSV may not include optional form answers. If that affects your setup, use name and email for the initial request and collect priorities in your personal follow-up until you have verified a workflow that exposes those answers.

6. Finish the visual style and disclosures

Review Appearance for colours, typography, button styling, and the full-page presentation. The Address Edit pairs a warm linen background with olive actions and editorial headings. Adapt the palette to your brand while keeping text readable and primary actions easy to see.

Replace the footer and FAQ sample text with information appropriate to your practice. Clearly identify your agent or team, brokerage, and contact details. Remove the illustrative-home disclosure only after replacing the sample content with accurate listing information and the disclosures your practice requires.

If you keep AI-generated concept imagery for a demonstration, label it as illustrative. Do not present it as a photograph of a real listing.

7. Test, publish, and add the link to your social profiles

Save the Flow and publish it when your content is ready. Copy its public Bio Funnel URL. Run this checklist as a visitor on desktop and a phone before adding it to your profile:

  • The introduction identifies you, your service area, and the purpose of the page.
  • The buyer and seller buttons reach the correct forms.
  • Every property card opens the correct published Page.
  • The moving guide opens and each Page's return link reaches your bio.
  • Return links work as expected, including any new tab they open.
  • Images load, text is readable, and the page fits the screen.
  • Empty required fields show clear errors.
  • A test enquiry receives confirmation and its contact appears in your account.
  • Any optional enquiry details you rely on are visible to you.
  • No destination still points to the sample account or an editor URL.

Add the verified URL to your Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or other social profile. Support it with a clear profile sentence, such as “Explore featured homes or plan your next move below.” The same published link can also serve your email signature or a QR code on approved marketing materials.

Keep the page useful after launch

Review listing status, imagery, Page destinations, and enquiry follow-up regularly. Ask whether a visitor arriving from your latest social post can find the property or action that post promised.

Use the analytics available in your account to review engagement, alongside the enquiries you can actually follow up on. Change one meaningful element at a time, such as the featured property order or an unclear action label. The goal is a relevant next step, not a decorative collection of links.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a quiz on my real estate bio page?

No. The Address Edit is a page-first Bio Funnel. Its primary actions lead to property Pages, useful content, and buyer or seller enquiries. If you need a separate qualification journey, explore the Realtor Smart Bio Funnel guide.

Can I use it as my Instagram bio link?

Yes. Publish your Bio Funnel, test its public URL on a phone, and place that URL in your profile. Match your profile's promise to the content visitors will find.

Can I keep The Address Edit branding?

The name identifies the demonstration. For a client-facing page, replace the sample identity and content with your own agent or team information so visitors know who will reply.

Should all my listings appear on this page?

Start with a useful featured selection. Keep each card current, give visitors a clear way to enquire, and add a destination for your broader inventory if you have one. More links are useful only when they make the next step easier to choose.
