Usage & Limits Analytics
Published July 25, 2026 • Updated July 27, 2026
This page explains where usage data appears and how to interpret it. Leads and completions share one monthly response allowance, while AI Credits are tracked separately.
Available today
- Responses this month: Shows accepted quiz responses against the account's monthly allowance.
- Leads this month: Shows captured lead records. This is a reporting metric, not a separate quota.
- Leads & submissions chart: Basic and Pro can compare daily lead and completion activity over supported date ranges.
- Quiz insights: Basic and Pro can review funnel stages, block-level views and interaction rates, block drop-off, Bio Funnel activity, and completion CTA outcomes for a selected flow.
- AI Usage & Credits: Eligible accounts can review their AI Credit balance, credits in progress, monthly usage, Agent runs, token usage, and usage by quiz.
Quiz filter behavior
- All quizzes: Dashboard charts and quiz insights aggregate all owned quizzes.
- Specific quiz: Dashboard charts and insights scope to one quiz id from the filter.
- Account-level cards: Monthly response usage and lead totals remain account-level because the response allowance is shared across all quizzes owned by the account.
How responses and leads relate
A valid consented lead can accept the response before the visitor reaches completion. If that visitor later completes the quiz, completion updates the same response without consuming another unit. If the visitor abandons, the captured lead remains available.
At capacity, QuizFlow Labs does not accept a response and then silently discard its lead data. See Usage Limits for the complete counting and capacity rules.
AI usage
AI Credits do not increase or replace the monthly response allowance. They cover Agent model calls and Knowledge activity. Credit use varies by model, conversation length, generated output, and Knowledge activity.
Open Dashboard > AI Usage & Credits to filter Agent usage by date or quiz and to add prepaid credits when purchasing is available for the account.
Completion CTA goal types
- Goal type is selected from standard completion CTA goals or created as a custom key (for example
request_demoorwatch_webinar). - Goal type is optional and defaults to
unassigned. - Goal type can be set independently on default outcome CTAs and conditional-outcome CTAs.
- Analytics keep both:
- Goal type rollups to compare CTA intent performance.
- Rule index attribution to see which completion rule generated the click.
