Quizzes & Projects

QuizFlow Labs organizes work around quizzes. Each quiz is its own project, with details, questions, publishing controls, and analytics in one place.

This guide will walk you through:

• Where quizzes live in the dashboard
• How drafts and published quizzes are grouped
• What you can do from the quiz list

When to use this

Use this guide when you are trying to find an existing quiz, understand the status labels, or jump into editing.

How it works

• The Dashboard shows high-level metrics and quick actions.
• Quizzes is the main list of all drafts and published quizzes.
• Each quiz uses a guided flow: Details, Questions (Question Blocks), Completion, and Finish.
• Editing follows the same steps, with Save and Continue actions between steps.

Step-by-step

1. Go to Dashboard > Quizzes to see every quiz you own.
2. Use the status chip to see if a quiz is Draft or Published.
3. Select a quiz to open its editor and finish building.

Tips / Gotchas

• Quizzes in Draft mode cannot be shared publicly until you publish them.
• If you try to continue with unsaved changes, a confirmation prompt appears.
• You can preview a draft without publishing using the Preview quiz action.
