Podcast Episodes

Use Podcast Episodes when one featured recording is not enough. It presents 1–12 lightweight episode summaries and loads a player only after a visitor chooses an episode. This keeps the page easier to scan and prevents a wall of embedded players.

Audio / Podcast features one recording. Podcast Episodes presents a curated collection. They work especially well together: feature your newest or most important episode first, then offer See more episodes.

Supported sources

Each episode can use a public Spotify, Apple Podcasts, SoundCloud, or Mixcloud URL, or a direct HTTPS audio file. Add an accurate title and optional creator, description, and artwork so visitors can decide before loading a player.

Only one collection episode is active at a time. Selecting another episode replaces the collection player instead of stacking another embed.

Choose episode sources

• Paste a supported provider or direct-audio URL when you already know the episode.
• Select Import feed to search a public podcast RSS feed and apply a reviewed episode snapshot. The saved title, creator, artwork, and audio do not change until you deliberately refresh them.
• On Teams, select Choose hosted episode to use private Asset Library audio. Shared workspaces can filter the picker by Show or Brand so recordings from different podcasts are not mixed.

Pro and Teams both support RSS and provider sources. Teams additionally supports hosted audio, multiple Shows, tags, and bulk Asset Library organization.

Add it to a Flow

1. Add Podcast Episodes from the block picker. It is available on Pro and Teams.
2. Add between 1 and 12 episodes using a URL or reviewed RSS import. Teams can also choose Show-filtered hosted audio.
3. Choose Artwork cards for a visual shelf or Compact list for a denser catalog.
4. Preview the step, select different episodes, and confirm the standard Continue action leads to the intended next step.

Add it to a Bio Funnel

1. Add Podcast Episodes from the Content category.
2. Configure and order the collection using links, reviewed RSS snapshots, or Teams-hosted audio, then check it in the live mobile preview.
3. Optionally add an Audio / Podcast block as the featured episode.
4. In featured audio, set Action destination to Podcast Episodes on this page, choose the collection, and use a clear label such as See more episodes.
5. Test the action. It should move focus to the collection without opening a new page.

Analytics and privacy

QuizFlow Labs records collection views, episode selections, provider opens, and the playback events supported by each provider. Episode analytics use internal item identities; source URLs and visitor-entered data are not copied into event properties.

Good UX

• Lead with a curated set rather than every episode you have published.
• Use titles and descriptions that explain the listener benefit.
• Keep artwork consistent enough to feel like one show, but distinct enough to scan.
• Put a featured episode before the collection when you want a clear starting point.
• Use the compact list when artwork is unavailable or the Bio Funnel already contains substantial imagery.
