Flow Block Types

Use this page to choose the right block before opening a detailed setup guide. The Flow Blocks builder explains the editor; this page focuses on the block library itself.

Flow Blocks include questions that collect signals, content that explains or builds trust, lead capture and structured forms, and advanced steps that perform actions.

Block categories

Core

Ask standard questions, show Transition or Content Page content, collect dates or files, and create simple choice-based decisions.

Interactive

Capture ratings, rankings, sliders, scales, and fast button-based answers when preference or intensity matters.

Lead Capture

Collect contact details or several related fields when a decision flow needs intake, qualification, or a follow-up opportunity.

Advanced

Build trust with FAQ and galleries, show a Map / Location, share or gate PDF resources, present offers or video, call APIs, run Agent Steps, or route participants through external checkout.

Plan and media notes

Map / Location is available on Basic and higher. Content Page, File Upload, Product Cards, External checkout, and Calendly Booking are Pro features. Booking also requires a connected Calendly account and may be limited to approved accounts during its controlled rollout. Custom Form supports structured multi-field responses inside a decision flow. Question-level split media overrides are Basic+ and apply to Full-Page Split layouts; question-level media takes priority over intent-level split media.

Step-by-step

Open Build Flow in any decision flow.
Select Add block and choose the category that matches the job you need.
Pick the simplest block that can collect the right signal or perform the right action.
Fill in prompts, options, validation, tags, variables, scoring, or routing as needed.
Add Lead Capture before completion when the flow should create a lead.
Preview the flow and confirm the block output is available where you need it.

Tips

Choose blocks by the signal you need, not by visual preference alone.
Use Multiple Choice or Dropdown when options are known; use Text Response when the answer needs to be open-ended.
Use Ranking only when order matters. Use Multiple Choice when order does not matter.
Use Transition blocks to reduce confusion before a complex or high-stakes question.
Add API and Agent Steps after the main flow is stable.
Test every block that sets tags, scores, variables, routes, checkout behavior, API values, or Agent outputs.
