Video
Published July 25, 2026
Use Video when a single video should help a visitor understand, trust, or act on the next part of an experience. It is best for education, onboarding, demonstrations, testimonials, tutorials, product explainers, and pre-conversion trust building.
Video is available in both decision flows and Bio Funnels. The same media format serves a different job in each surface.

ProSupported video URLs
Video is designed for one video at a time.
- Standard watch URLs:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VIDEO_ID - Short links:
https://youtu.be/VIDEO_ID - Embed links:
https://www.youtube.com/embed/VIDEO_ID - Vimeo videos:
https://vimeo.com/VIDEO_ID - Shorts and playlists are not supported for this block.
If the preview does not load, confirm the link points to a standard public YouTube or Vimeo video and includes a valid video ID.
UX guidance
- Explain why the video is being shown before asking the participant to watch it.
- Keep videos short when they appear in the middle of a quiz flow.
- Place the video after the answer, score, or branch that makes it relevant.
- Avoid blocking progress unless the video is essential to the next step.
- Pair the video with a clear next action, such as continue, book, learn more, or get results.
- Use placeholders from earlier answers only when they make the title or description more relevant.

Segmented video
Video supports a step-level jump destination for the continue action. See the Logic & Branching guide for how step-level destinations differ from conditional question rules.
