Business Hours Block

Business Hours gives local and appointment-based businesses a live Open now, Closed, or Temporarily closed state inside a Bio Funnel. It can prioritize different actions while the business is open or closed, helping visitors call, get directions, book, read a Content Page, or begin a Flow at the right moment.
Business Hours requires an active Basic, Pro, or Team plan. Calendly actions continue to require the existing Calendly integration entitlement.
Configure Business Hours
- Add Business Hours from the Bio Funnel block picker.
- Choose the business timezone. Status follows this timezone rather than the visitor’s device timezone.
- Configure each weekday. Add a second period when the business closes and reopens during the same day.
- Add an optional public hours note for holiday reminders, seasonal guidance, or “call ahead” messaging.
- Choose up to three actions for open hours and three actions for closed hours. The first action is the primary action.
- Use the participant preview state to review open, closed, and temporarily closed designs.
Public hours notes
The optional note is informational and does not change the automatic open or closed calculation. For example: Holiday hours may vary. Please call ahead on statutory holidays.
Use Temporarily closed when the live status itself should be overridden. Turn the override off when normal weekly hours resume.
Split and overnight hours
- Add up to two periods per day for lunch breaks or split service windows.
- An end time earlier than the start time represents overnight hours, such as 8:00 PM–2:00 AM.
- Exact closing time is treated as closed.
- Daylight-saving changes are handled through the selected business timezone.
Actions
Business Hours supports Call, Directions, Booking URL, Start Flow, Content Page, and External URL actions. Keep the action list focused so visitors can decide quickly.
Privacy and limitations
Only add phone numbers and addresses intended for public use. Business Hours does not synchronize Google Business Profile, detect visitor location, manage holiday calendars, calculate appointment availability, or support multiple business locations in one block.
