Booking Block

The Booking capability lets a visitor schedule a Calendly event directly inside a Flow, Bio Funnel, or Outcome. Use it after qualification, alongside your profile content, or wherever scheduling is the most useful next action.

Use Booking when every visitor should schedule the same event type. When visitors need to compare several meeting types first, use Appointment Selection.

Connect Calendly

1. Open Settings.
2. Select Integrations.
3. Select Connect Calendly and approve access.
4. Return to the builder and add a Booking block.
5. Choose one of your active Calendly event types.

The builder stores the selected scheduling URL. You can also paste a secure calendly.com event URL when event types cannot be loaded.

Flow and Bio Funnel behavior

• In a Flow, Booking is a shared content/action block. It does not collect a question response and can follow qualification or lead capture.
• In a Bio Funnel, Booking can sit beside links, video, testimonials, FAQ, and other profile content.
• In an Outcome, choose Schedule a meeting as the CTA action and select an event type. The calendar opens inline when the participant selects the CTA.
• Visitors see inline scheduling plus a fallback button that opens Calendly in a new tab.
• QuizFlow Labs identifies the scheduling surface with a Scheduling by Calendly badge. Calendly may also show its own branding inside the embedded scheduler based on the connected Calendly account's settings and plan.
• QuizFlow Labs records booking-block impressions, opens, and completed scheduling interactions for product analytics.

Validation and safety

Only secure Calendly URLs can be published or embedded. A draft can be saved before an event type is selected, but publishing explains what still needs to be configured.
