Appointment Selection Block

Published July 28, 2026

Appointment Selection lets a visitor compare two to six meeting options before opening the matching Calendly scheduler. Use it when one calendar link is not enough—for example, when visitors can choose between an introductory call, strategy session, product demo, or paid consultation.

Appointment Selection or Booking?

  • Use Booking when every visitor should see one event type.
  • Use Appointment Selection when visitors should first choose between several event types.
  • Both are shared blocks: they work in a Flow and a Bio Funnel without collecting a scored answer.

Configure the block

  1. Open Settings > Integrations, connect Calendly, and return to the builder.
  2. Add Appointment Selection from the block picker.
  3. Write a clear title and optional description.
  4. Add between two and six appointment options.
  5. Give each option a distinct name, duration, and short description.
  6. Choose a connected Calendly event type or paste its secure calendly.com URL.
  7. Optionally mark one choice as Recommended.
  8. Choose a card or compact list layout, then preview the selection and scheduler.

The calendar is not loaded until the visitor chooses an option. This keeps the initial page focused and makes the decision understandable before the scheduling interface appears.

Analytics

QuizFlow Labs records the selected appointment option and the scheduling interaction. This lets you compare interest in each option and distinguish selection from a completed booking. Tracking identifiers are also passed to Calendly so completed invitee events can be attributed to the originating Flow, submission, block, and appointment option.

Validation and safety

Only secure Calendly event URLs can be published. Drafts can be saved while options are being configured, but publishing identifies missing titles, invalid option counts, and incomplete or unsafe scheduling URLs.
