Content Pages

Content Pages are reusable pages saved in your account that can appear inside quiz flows. Use them when respondents need more context than fits comfortably in a question block—for example a privacy notice, disclosure, instructions, educational explanation, terms, or a follow-up resource.

Create a page once in Dashboard > Content Pages, then select it from a Content Page step in any eligible quiz. Updating the library page lets you maintain shared content without rebuilding it in every flow.

Create a page

1. Open Dashboard > Content Pages.
2. Select New Content Page.
3. Add an internal library title. Respondents do not see this organizational name.
4. Choose a category and enter the respondent-facing title and optional introduction.
5. Build the body with headings, lists, task lists, links, images, buttons, callouts, colour, alignment, quotes, and dividers.
6. Choose the accent, background, text colour, content width, and optional header image.
7. Use Preview to inspect the rendered page, then save the draft.
8. Publish the page when its content is approved for respondent use.

Editor and appearance

The advanced editor supports paragraphs, three heading levels, bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, highlighting, text colour, bullet and numbered lists, task lists, quotes, code blocks, dividers, alignment, links, images, and styled buttons.

Page appearance is independent from the surrounding quiz card:

• Accent colour styles highlights and interactive elements.
• Background and text colours define the page surface.
• Content width can be Narrow, Standard, or Wide.
• Header image URL adds a leading visual. Choose an image from Media Library and use its stored URL.

Always preview desktop and mobile layouts when a page contains wide images, buttons, long links, or detailed legal-style copy.

Drafts, publishing, and versions

• Saving creates a new page revision without automatically publishing it.
• Publish page makes the latest approved revision available to respondent flows.
• After further edits, use Publish latest revision to update the published version.
• Archiving removes the page from the active library without rewriting quizzes that previously referenced it.
• The page editor keeps version history so account users can see prior revisions.

Add a page to a quiz

Add Content Page from the Questions step, then configure:

• Selected page: the reusable library page to display.
• Continue label: the button that returns the respondent to the flow.
• Back enabled: whether the respondent can return to the previous quiz step.
• Acknowledgement: an optional checkbox shown below the page.
• Acknowledgement required: whether continuing is blocked until it is selected.
• Acknowledgement variable: an optional variable that records the acknowledgement.

The respondent remains inside the quiz experience. Selecting Continue advances to the next sequential step unless Jump Logic, an intent end route, or another configured destination changes the path.

Routing and intent paths

Content Pages work well as shared stopping points. For example, four intent paths can collect different questions and then meet at one privacy page, followed by consent choices, optional lead capture, and completion.

• Route to the Content Page step like any other internal step.
• An intent end route can send respondents to the shared page after the intent’s last assigned block.
• The Content Page’s Continue action follows the next configured flow destination.
• If Back is enabled, test that returning to the prior path does not create an accidental loop.

Privacy and compliance guidance

Content Pages provide presentation and reuse; they do not make the content legally sufficient.

• Replace organization placeholders before publishing.
• Identify the organization responsible for the page.
• Confirm the purposes for collecting and using information.
• Review service-contact, marketing, reminder, and privacy choices separately.
• Confirm retention, access, correction, and deletion language.
• Obtain professional and jurisdiction-specific review when the subject requires it.

An acknowledgement proves only that the respondent selected the displayed control. It does not automatically establish that every consent, disclosure, or legal requirement has been satisfied.

Content Pages included with templates

When a template includes Content Pages, QuizFlow Labs creates copies for the receiving account and connects the copied quiz to those new pages. Both the copied quiz and pages remain editable, and later changes to the original template do not silently change the copy.

After copying:

1. Open Content Pages and review every copied page.
2. Replace placeholders and organization-specific language.
3. Confirm the copied quiz points to the expected page.
4. Confirm the features are included with your plan and complete any professional review.
5. Preview the complete path before publishing.

Troubleshooting

The page is unavailable in the block selector

• Confirm the Content Page exists in the same account.
• Confirm it is not archived.
• Confirm the account has active Pro access.
• Refresh the quiz editor after creating a new page.

The respondent sees “Unable to load this page”

• Confirm the referenced page was not deleted or archived unexpectedly.
• Open the Content Page library and verify the page has a valid revision.
• Re-select the page in the quiz block, save, and preview again.

Continue goes to the wrong step

• Check question-level Jump Logic and the intent end route.
• Confirm the Content Page’s position in the main block order.
• Retest Back and Continue from every intent that converges on the page.

The published page shows older wording

Saving a revision does not publish it. Open the page and select Publish latest revision, then retest the quiz.
