Content Page Step
The Content Page step displays a reusable page from your account’s Content Pages library without sending respondents away from the quiz. It is useful before consent, lead capture, important decisions, or completion.
Setup
- Create and save the reusable page under Dashboard > Content Pages.
- Open the quiz’s Questions step and add Content Page.
- Select the page from the library.
- Customize the Continue label and choose whether Back is available.
- Optionally add an acknowledgement label, make it required, and save it to a variable.
- Assign the block to intent paths or add routing where needed.
- Preview every route that enters and leaves the page.
Settings reference
| Setting | What it controls | | --- | --- | | Content Page | Selects a reusable page from your account. | | Continue label | Names the button that returns the respondent to the quiz flow. | | Back enabled | Allows navigation to the previous visited quiz step. | | Acknowledgement enabled | Displays one checkbox below the page. | | Acknowledgement label | Explains what the respondent is acknowledging. | | Acknowledgement required | Prevents Continue until the checkbox is selected. | | Acknowledgement variable | Saves the acknowledgement for later routing, completion copy, or team workflows. |
Runtime behavior
- The latest published page revision is used for live respondents.
- Preview mode lets account users inspect the current quiz flow without creating a public submission.
- Continue follows the next sequential or routed destination.
- Back returns through expected quiz history when enabled.
- Page views and continues can be measured as flow events.
One acknowledgement should describe one clear purpose. Use separate Custom Form consent fields for service contact, optional marketing, reminders, and privacy acknowledgement when those choices must remain independent.
Common patterns
- Privacy page → separate consent form → soft lead gate → completion
- Educational page → qualifying question
- Disclosure page → required acknowledgement → next intent
- Instructions → file upload or Custom Form
- Shared page after several intent paths → common closing sequence
Troubleshooting
- If no pages appear, create one in the library and confirm Pro access.
- If the page fails to load, re-select a valid, non-archived page.
- If Continue is disabled, check whether acknowledgement is required.
- If routing is unexpected, review Jump Logic, block order, and the active intent’s end route.
- If Back creates a loop, inspect backward intent destinations and shared-page routing.
