Use and Customize a Template
Templates are editable starting points. Selecting Use this template creates a quiz in your account. If the template includes Content Pages, QuizFlow Labs also copies those pages into your library and connects them to the new quiz.
After copying
- Review the quiz title, slug, description, and respondent-facing introduction.
- Open Questions and test every intent path, Jump Logic rule, shared step, and completion route.
- Open Content Pages and review every page copied with the template.
- Replace placeholders such as organization names, contact details, links, jurisdiction references, and privacy wording.
- Review lead fields and separate service, marketing, reminder, and acknowledgement choices.
- Confirm every feature used by the template is included with your plan.
- Preview contact and contact-free paths, then complete the publication checklist.
Content Pages included with a template
When a template includes reusable pages, QuizFlow Labs makes copies for your account and connects the new quiz to those copies. You can edit them for your organization, and later changes to the original template will not silently change your flow.
Copied pages still require review. A template can demonstrate structure and sample wording, but it cannot know your organization’s identity, policies, retention practices, jurisdictions, or professional obligations.
Features your plan does not include
A template may demonstrate features that are not included with your current plan. You can still review the copied draft, but you may need to upgrade or remove the locked feature before publishing. Review Feature Access & Entitlements.
Before publishing
- Remove unresolved placeholders.
- Confirm all copied page and media references.
- Test every route and completion outcome.
- Check required versus optional fields.
- Confirm soft gates still provide the promised limited result.
- Obtain legal, privacy, industry, or jurisdictional review where appropriate.
- Do not treat sample disclaimers or notices as professional advice.
