Use and Customize a Template

Templates are editable starting points. Selecting Use this template creates a draft in your account. Flow and Bio Funnel templates create a quiz; standalone Content Page templates create a new page in Dashboard > Content Pages. If a Flow template includes supporting Content Pages, QuizFlow Labs also copies and reconnects those pages.
Standalone Content Page templates
Content Page templates can provide a polished starting structure for notices, terms, resources, property listings, service explainers, and other supporting pages. They are available to eligible Pro and Teams accounts.
After copying one, use the customization panel in the editor to replace every sample placeholder and complete the template checklist. Copied drafts remain non-indexable and cannot be published while required placeholders such as {{business_name}} are unresolved. Catalog imagery is limited to approved QuizFlow Labs public assets; replace any image marked as sample content before launch.
Privacy notices, terms, disclosures, and similar templates are sample starting points. Confirm that the final wording accurately describes your organization, vendors, data practices, retention, audience, and jurisdictions, and obtain qualified advice when appropriate.
After copying
- Review the quiz title, slug, description, and participant-facing introduction.
- Open Build Flow and test every intent path, Jump Logic rule, shared step, and outcome route.
- Open Content Pages and review every page copied with the template.
- Replace placeholders such as organization names, contact details, links, jurisdiction references, and privacy wording.
- Review lead fields and separate service, marketing, reminder, and acknowledgement choices.
- Confirm every feature used by the template is included with your plan.
- Preview contact and contact-free paths, then complete the publication checklist.
Content Pages included with a template
When a template includes reusable pages, QuizFlow Labs makes copies for your account and connects the new quiz to those copies. You can edit them for your organization, and later changes to the original template will not silently change your flow.
Copied pages still require review. A template can demonstrate structure and sample wording, but it cannot know your organization’s identity, policies, retention practices, jurisdictions, or professional obligations.
Features your plan does not include
A template may demonstrate features that are not included with your current plan. You can still review the copied draft, but you may need to upgrade or remove the locked feature before publishing. Review Feature Access & Entitlements.
Before publishing
- Remove unresolved placeholders.
- Confirm all copied page and media references.
- Test every route and outcome.
- Check required versus optional fields.
- Confirm soft gates still provide the promised limited result.
- Obtain legal, privacy, industry, or jurisdictional review where appropriate.
- Do not treat sample disclaimers or notices as professional advice.
